WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT YOURSELF?

This weekend somebody asked me why I don't want to be friends with them and asked me to 'friend' them again. I made the decision to have real friends, the kind of friends you want to grow old with ( or grow young with, depends how you look at it) and removed those who I noticed that in the last year they pretended to be friends. I looked in their eyes, and I really hoped to see that sparkle that could make me change my mind and admit I was wrong to think they are just another “pretend” friend.

I even told them that one day my granddaughter who is 3, told me the difference between ‘real’ and ‘pretend’ things, and I applied that story to select my true friends, as I found all this online reality very, very confusing…You know, I am not streetwise, but I feel everything, in my heart.
I asked them: WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT ME?
And they said some nice things they could say about anyone else, like” you are nice, helping so many people” that kind of thing, but forgot the one think I know for a fact I am.
You see, they couldn't remember who I am...😞 they never cared or knew anyway
Luckily, I know who I am.

Don't rely on what others are telling you about you, as they DO NOT KNOW YOU, even if they are in the same household, or same online group, or your clients, they barely know who they are, don't expect them to know who you are.
I already know who you are,
this is just a kind reminder: YOU ARE STARDUST
